Group Coaching Program Kick-off

This group whole health coaching program kicks-off a 16-week program with ongoing support and accountability to help group members reach their weight loss and lifestyle improvement goals. A few seats remain, co-ed and HIPPA protected. With a group, you'll go far!   

Facilitated by Coach Gayle, this is a supportive and positive approach to making shifts in self-care will a focus on improving nutrition, moving more and stressing less. 

It's not a prescribed diet we follow, but instead we practice making healthier choices and finding a balanced place that's not based in deprivation or shoulds. It's very personalized and relies on realistic goal setting for making consistent and sustainable changes over time.   

Most coaching clients shed 1-2 pounds per week---the healthiest and most sustainable. The biggest shifts happen in positive mindset shifts for healthier living and preventative health habits.  

Note:  Participation is open to all. This is not an Ethical Society sponsored group.
