When we miss a workout (or two), then fall back into patterns of sedentariness because life just seems to always get in the way.
We end up sinking even lower.
My invitation to you
Take a different approach and practice being kinder and more caring toward yourself. Remember that we never win when we beat-up on ourselves. Aim for progress and balance in your journey of change and self-improvement. Celebrate your accomplishments no matter how small they may seem.
