Even making a five-minute space in the morning in which you calmly sit and connect with yourself, your thoughts and feelings can have a hugely positive impact on your well-being. Instead of rushing headlong into distractions and demands of the day, be intentional and focused. Breathe!

If you're not already owning your morning with a routine, experiment with creating your own.
Here's a glimpse into my daily morning routine. (Note: I luxuriate in it and wake extra early for it!) It has kept me balanced and focused for years. I hope it inspires you!
5:45 am Wake
6 - 6:30 Sit with a cup of tea, write gratitudes, meditate, set intentions.
6:30 - 7:00 Exercise (cardio or strength)
7 - 8:00 Meal prep, shower etc.
