Coming Back to You
Our relationship with ourselves is the most important one we will ever have. It's the foundation for everything; our emotional and physical health and all of our other relationships depend upon it.
When we connect to how we feel, accept and manage our feelings well, it radiates to others.
When we recognize the things we value, we can honor that for ourselves and share it with others.
When we learn to laugh at ourselves and our humanness along with the absurdities and joys of life, we are open to doing the same with others.
When we are grateful for who we are (including the failures and heartaches that brought us to today), we can embrace self-love and acceptance.
When we care for ourselves with intention (e.g. healthy food choices, regular movement, proactive stress management, etc.), we can more fully care for others.
To your good health!
