Minimalism is a trendy lifestyle. Many turn to it to clear clutter and reduce stress.
It got me thinking about how many Americans are falling woefully short of the daily minimums for maintaining good health. I created a one-page list of health habits to provide some minimal guidelines.
It’s our daily habits that make or break our health over years and decades, so it’s critical to keep them in-check. We send our bodies messages every day of love and care and respect in our food choices and movement patterns and stress management. Or if we are operating in an unaware kind of default/reactive mode, those messages are often ones of neglect and disregard. Over time, it can result in disastrous wake-up calls with chronic health conditions.
Because we dwell in a culture of excess, I've included a few bonus ‘daily maximums’ in the guide too. (Hint: added sugar is one of them and we're getting way too much of it every day.) Get your WhyPowered Healthy Daily Minimums Guide here. And get your daily feel great goin' on!
To your good health!
