When results are slow, my health coaching clients often ask if taking a more extreme approach with their food choices is the answer. While tempting, my invitation to them is to be curious and compassionate. Our bodies rarely respond well to extremes.
The daily choices we make (whether conscious or not) are the ones that impact us the most with our health and weight. A temporary, extreme state offers us temporary results. This helps explain why the diet industry has a 95% failure rate.
What we do most, matters most.
Finding a place of balance and moderation with our eating and movement routines isn't easy, but it is possible.
