Why Wednesday? There's a rhythm about our weeks than can have a big impact on our health routines, as all habits can. Researchers have found that as much as 40 percent of what we do every day is done out of habit.
When we build awareness of our patterns,it offers us an opportunity to begin making changes.
The clients I partner with and support with accountability for making shifts in exercise routines typically come from a place of being stuck in long-held habits of sedentariness. Once they begin overcoming their lack of momentum and start experiencing the benefits of being active, there's an opening-up that takes hold in powerfully positive ways.
By recognizing their 'humps', they build effective strategies to navigate around them and embrace healthier patterns. (Connecting to their personal WhyPower is a foundational part of the process as well.)
